I think the most useful function of a cellphone for students is to take photos.

For one thing, young people are fond of taking photos to record their lives. When they wear cool clothes, beautiful shoes, or eat delicious foods, they tend to take a photo to record and to share with others in Face books or We chat; this function well satisfies youngster’s need.

For another thing, this function facilitates learning. Taking myself for example, when listening to classes, sometimes I may not have time to take notes, then taking a photo of teachers’ note on the board can help me review the key knowledge learnt in class.

Some parents prefer to help their kids to find out the mistakes they make, while some parents prefer to let their children realize mistakes by themselves, which one do you think is more reasonable and why?

I prefer my parents to help me to realize my mistakes, cause parents tend to be experienced; with their help, kids may correct mistakes quickly and achieve better results. I remember clearly when I leant English in my childhood, frequently I couldn’t remember words clearly and I felt depressed quite often. Knowing this, my parents gave the guidance, telling me once I learnt some new words, what I should do is review them as many times as possible instead of just reciting them once; reciting once without reviewing is the typical mistake when learning language. Afterwards, when I learnt some new words, I paid much attention to how many times I have reviewed. Then I can remember English words well. Thanks to my parents’ help, or else I may not learn English so fluently.
